MATERIALS

The most exotic materials have passed the review during the 70 or more years since CEREC-ANTONIUS was founded. Whilst in the initial years most of the material consisted of carbon steel, we now process an increasingly greater amount of stainless steel and high alloy material. We also process a lot of new material types such as alloys, non-ferritic material and all kinds of clad combinations. It is not for nothing that we are known worldwide as a renowned player in the market for specialist materials. For a large part, recently developed materials are resistant to extreme process conditions and are used because of their resistance to aggressive environments, extremely high temperatures, wear and tear, heavy loads or any combinations of these.
